ABOUT ADAM E. ROWLAND
I was born in 1972 in Riverside, California. I have two brothers and a twin sister, two of which are also educators. Both of my parents, in fact, were teachers; I guess it's in the blood. I am currently married to an amazing lady, and we will celebrate our 30th year together in May 2024. My oldest son, Asher, recently earned his Bachelor's degree and lives in San Diego, CA, and my youngest son, Graham, is a junior at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. My wife and I reside in Murrieta, California.

I am currently the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at United Nursing College. I taught Advanced English Language Arts and Technology Concepts at Warm Springs Middle School in Murrieta, California, for nearly 25 years. I received my B.A. in English (Creative Writing) from California State University, San Bernardino in 1998, I earned my M.A. in Educational Technology from American College of Education, Indiana in 2015, and I successfully defended my doctoral dissertation in May 2023. I have an immense passion for video, music, tech, and literature.

I have published poetry, written several short pieces of fiction, and have written a crime novel titled Rainjar. I have also written and recorded numerous songs available for download on many streaming platforms. I am always looking for creative avenues to express myself, and I am most interested in inspiring and challenging others to tap their inner creativity.
